On July 12, 2017 Frances “Fran” Janet Marshall (nee Wagner) of Ocean View, DE passed away peacefully at the age of 78. Frances was the beloved wife of the late Eugene Joseph Marshall and the devoted mother of Patrick T. Marshall and his wife Heike, David E. Marshall and his wife Jennifer and Mary K. Hackman and her husband, the late James F. Hackman, Jr.; cherished grandmother of Zachary Shai, Shailyn, Savannah, Scarlette and Lea S. Marshall and Jacob R. Hackman and dear sister of Frederick Wagner and his wife Betty.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, MD 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Sunday, July 16, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 6:00 to 8:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Augustine Church 5876 Old Washington Road, Elkridge MD 21075 on Monday, July 17, 2017 at 10:00am. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
