Francis Wilbur Miller

On July 3, 2019 Francis Wilbur Miller (85) of Charles Town, WV, also known to his family and friends as Franny or Frank, was the devoted husband to his wife Catherine Miller "Cass" for almost 58 years this month and cherished his daughter Melissa and her husband John Moffitt. Frank was born to Herman Miller and Alice Madeline Weber in Ellicott City, MD on February 15, 1934. Frank was a very kind, generous, quiet and giving person who enjoyed getting together with his family and friends. He also enjoyed most sports, vacationing, reading military history and especially high school football. Beloved brother of the late Herman W. Miller and his wife Shirley, Alice R. Blair and her husband Robert, Roy G. Miller and his wife Ginger, and Anthony W. Miller. Loving brother-in-law of Charles A. Moran and his wife Brenda, and Dawn E. Miller. Dear son-in-law of Helen W. Moran. Frank is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and loving friends. Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, MD 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm. A Life Celebration Service will be held at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 10:00am. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
