Frederick William White

Frederick William White, 60, died at his home in Ellicott City, MD on Friday, June 17, 2016. Fred was born to Betty and Charles White at Sibley Hospital in Washington, D.C. on December 16, 1955. He was the beloved husband of Judith Ann White for 31 years and loving father of son Kasey Palmer White and daughter Korilyn Shirley White. He is survived by his father, Charles White and his sisters and brothers, Rose Marie Merkle (White), Charles White Jr., Joseph White, James White, Cecilia Lewis (White), and Daniel White. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty White and sister Janet Thomas (White).

Fred graduated from Surrattsville High School in Clinton, MD and continued his education at Frostburg State College and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in May of 2005 from Post University. He was a valued employee of Carrier Distribution where he worked since 1975 supporting many managerial roles and finally providing his expertise as an Inventory Specialist. Fred was known to his family, friends, and colleagues as the “weatherman” due to his love for meteorology. He also loved gardening and enjoyed the outdoors and often joined his brothers and friends on fishing trips and golf outings.

Fred had a large family with 7 brothers and sisters, many aunts, uncles, and cousins who along with his many friends will miss him greatly.

Family and friends are invited to gather at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc., 7250 Washington Boulevard, Elkridge, MD 21075 (exit 6 off Rt. 100) on Saturday, June 25th, 2016 from 12 to 2 pm where A Celebration of Life Services will be held on Saturday, June 25th, 2016 at 2:00 pm. Inurnment Private. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mr. White’s name to the American Diabetes Association. www.diabetes.org
