Kenneth Patrick Collignon

Ken is survived by his daughters, Taylor McFadden (Connor) and Sydney Cruz (Freddy); and his grandchildren, Marcus Cruz, Noah Cruz, Ari McFadden, and Lucy McFadden. He is also survived by his wife, Virginia Colebrooke; Step-Son, George Julius Colebrooke; his brother, Steve Collignon (Debbie), and his nephews, Christopher and Nicholas. Ken was preceded in death by his parents, Jean and Raymond Collignon, and his brother, Ray Collignon.

His adventurous spirit was evident in his love for fishing, fast cars, and the open road, while his soft side shone through in his love for animals. An entrepreneur at heart, Ken built and ran a successful electrical business, earning the respect of colleagues and clients alike. Beyond his professional achievements, he gave generously of his time and resources, serving on multiple missionary trips to the Philippines and the Bahamas. He shared his time, skills, and resources freely, leaving a tangible mark on the lives of those he served.

His hard working nature, generosity, and fun-loving spirit will be remembered by all who knew him.

Please join us in celebrating his life at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, MD 21075 (Exit 6 South of Route 100) on Friday, August 15, 2025. A viewing will occur from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM with a funeral service beginning at 1:30 PM. Interment to follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park.
