Mabel (Ellis) Faulkner

On Monday, March 2, 2020, Mabel Faulkner of Laurel, Maryland, passed away peacefully at the age of 89. Mabel was the wife of the late John Faulkner. Loving mother of Alvin Myers and his wife Cheryl, Marcia Cooper, Linda Brown and her husband Vincent and Cheryl Myles and her husband Kevin; Dear stepmother of James Kemp and Willie Myers; Sister of Beulah Williams and her husband James, Benjamin Ellis and his late wife Sylvia, and the late Raleigh Ellis, Emma Lee Bigalow and Tiner Mae Hackey. Devoted grandmother of Alvin Myers Jr., Deborah Reid, Kevin Cooper, Victoria and Jessica Myles and the late Jennifer Perkins, Jonathan, Leauwandeau, Nandia, and Sophia Clarke, Maj. Marcus, Darren and his wife Rachel, Willie James, and Antonio Myers. Great-Grandmother of Zahmir, Trinity, Wynter and Morgan Myers, Austinn Reid, Kevin, Jr. and Layla Cooper, Jayna Myers, Sydni Ward, Monica, Emily, Alex, Tyler, Logan, Jeanetta Corey, Isaiah, Camille, Marquia, and Jacob Myers and Corey Clarke; Great-Grandmother of Quinn and Ezekial Ward, King, Jelani, Angel, and Jewel Myers. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and loving friends.

Family and friends are invited to gather at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc., 7250 Washington Boulevard, Elkridge, MD 21075 ( exit 6 south off Rt. 100) on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 for a Celebration of Life Funeral Service at 10:00 am. Mrs. Faulkner's Committal Service and Interment will be held following the Service at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Road, Bear, Delaware at 2:00 pm.
