Raymond "Ray" Earl Lins, Sr.

On Friday, May 27, 2016, Raymond "Ray" Earl Lins, Sr. (age 91) of Catonsville, MD. Beloved husband of Joyce Helwig Green Lins and the late Doris Lins.. Loving father of Raymond E. Lins, Jr. and his wife Gwen and Brian M. Lins and his late wife Doris. Step-father of Denise McKinney and her husband Carl, Mark Green and his wife Maria and Kevin Green and his wife Kim. Brother of Lois Shindledecker and the late Shirley Booker, Evelyn Rea and William "Clifford" Lins. Grandfather of Jason, Michelle, Theresa, Brian, Jr., Brendan, Maura, Patrick, Lindsay, Joshua, Andrew and Rebekah. Great-grandfather of Holden and Ava. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and loving friends. Mr. Lins was a corporal in the U.S.Army and the Army Air Corps during WW II.

Family and friends are invited to gather at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc., 7250 Washington Boulevard, Elkridge, MD 21075 ( exit 6 off Rt. 100 south) on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. Interment Private. A "Celebration of Life" Memorial Service will be held at the Halethorpe Community Church, 1312 Francis Avenue, Halethorpe, MD 21227 on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at 11:30 am.
