On Friday, November 13, 2015 Rose Ellen Margaret Howard of Salt Lake City, Utah passed away at the age of 80. Rose Ellen was the beloved wife of the late William Michael Howard, Jr. and the devoted mother of William "Bill" T. Howard and his wife Charito Quintero-Howard. Loving grandmother of Sasha and Marianne Quintero-Howard.

Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Maryland 21075 on Saturday, November 21, 2015 from 11:00am to 1:00pm with a Catholic Prayer Service following at 1:00pm.
