Pop pop, You were such a kind, loving and wonderful grandfather. You will be missed by many people. I love you!

To my darling Steve, we fell a day short of being together for 60 years, but God called you home. We had good times and bad times, but we made it through. Until we meet again my love.

I grew up in the house three doors down from "Mr. Steve" and his family.  He always had a genuine, warm smile and would always take the time to talk to me or answer my questions.  He was a Gentleman, was patient and humble.  Some of the finest traits a man can have.  

To this day, when I smell crabs being steamed with beer, I always think of him.  Fond memories, for sure.

His legacy has been plain for all to see, for many years now, in the way that his sons clearly put family first.  My heart goes out to the whole family and I especially wish Ms. Florence, Mark and Mike peace at a difficult time.  God bless.
