Trecie May Alloway, age 95, of Pasadena, Maryland passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2021. Trecie was born July 27, 1926.in West Virginia; Beloved wife of the late Daniel Alloway; Loving mother of James R. Alloway and his wife Barbara of Martinsburg, VA, Pamela M. Shaffer and her husband Ted of Pasadena, MD, and Daniel H. Alloway of Gerrardstown, WV; Cherished grandmother of Paula, James, Allen, Connie, and DeAubery; and great grandmother of Alexa, Austin, Jacob, Aidan, Calleigh, Ashleigh, Amber, Darrin, Dylan, Devin, Stacy, David, and Christopher.
Trecie worked at the Archbishop Spalding High School for many years; She worked as a cafeteria worker up until age 86; She was a great mother to her family and such a hardworker and would help everyone in need; She loved to travel in their motorhome, she almost visited every state; She loved to cook, especially meatloaf and spaghetti, and enjoyed baking apple dumplings; She loved music, her favorite songs were "So Fine" by The Chiffons, and "Poison Ivy" by The Coasters. She also kept a very pristine yard, she was always outside picking up sticks and leaves.
A visitation for Trecie will be held at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075 on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, where Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 PM. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
