

He was born in Gunzburg Germany on September 16, 1956, son of the late William Keith Cupp and Genovefa Schmid Cupp. He is survived by his spouse Odney Gayle G. Cupp and his only child, Liam Mason G. Cupp. He is also survived by his parents-in-law Wilson Grepo and Yolanda Grepo, his two siblings JoAn Niceley and Dale Cupp, their spouses, brothers and sisters in laws, nephews, nieces and their children.
William "Billy" grew up in Mississippi. He was active in track and football during his high school years and received some recognitions. He graduated at Long Beach High School in 1974.
In his early twenties, Billy worked for Turnbull LLC now known as Trident Maritime Systems. After the hurricane Katrina in 2005, his company relocated in Baltimore Maryland. He then moved and worked very hard until he became the Production Manager. He proudly served his loyalty and dedication for 45 years.
Billy was an outdoor person. He was at his happiest when he's surrounded by nature. He loved the mountains, the trees and listened to the birds humming. His favorite color was blue and fond of the country music. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, ATV riding and collecting beer mugs and shot glasses.He loved to go on road trips, picnics and cooked for the family. His favorite food were southern style gumbo and stuffed peppers. He was a huge fan of the Green Bay Packers and New Orleans Saints.
In 2009, Billy and Odney got married and blessed with one child. Every Saturday, he committed himself as a father and son fun day and a mini weekend cookout with his family.
Billy is out pain and resting in the Heaven's Glory.
A Visitation for William will be held at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075 on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 5976 Old Washington Road, Elkridge, MD 21075 on Wednesday, September 20, 2023,10:00 AM. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
