Monique Guerrier was born on May 3, 1935 in Port-de-Paix, Haiti where she lived until 1962. She relocated to the Bahamas for about 10 years, then moved to the United States in search of a better life for her and her family. On January 22, 2021, Monique took her last breath at Blake Hospital in Bradenton, Florida. Under the care of Groover Funeral Home, Monique is survived by her five children, Danielle Guerrier Joseph, Janet Vincent, Julvince Voltaire, Ivrose Jacques, Jean Voltaire, along with her eighteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on January 29, 2021 at 6:00 pm at Groover Funeral Home, 1400 36th Ave East, Ellenton, FL. Visitation will be held on January 30, 2021 at 9:00 am at Trinity Baptist Church, 5116 26th St W, Bradenton, FL. Funeral Service will be held on January 30, 2021 at 10:00 am at Trinity Baptist Church, 5116 26th St W, Bradenton, FL. Graveside Service will be held on January 30, 2021 at 12:00 pm at Mansion Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 1400 36th Ave East, Ellenton, FL.
