After retiring, he spent several years travelling in a motorhome while living in Central, PA, where he and his wife of 55 years were born. They then decided to make Florida their permanent home.
Rich spent his retirement years making beautiful wood relief carvings.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia, a daughter, Sheri who lives in New Jersey, and a son, Kenneth, who now lives in Florida. Rich also has two grandsons and a granddaughter.
His favorite charity is Southeastern Guide Dogs Inc in Palmetto, FL.
