I just learned of Shane's passing today and am so saddened by this news. I spend many days taking care of him and Blake at the Child Care Center in Good Sam while Robert worked Resp Therapy and I even babysat them in their home. Such sweet and fun boys that kept me entertained and have always been dear to my heart. Such a heartache to endure....praying the memories comfort you until you can be together again in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Just finished making your favorite pecan pies sweetie--God I wish you were here--I miss you so very very much. Your brother is crossing the Atlantic on a destroyer and I don't know where he is---please watch over him & keep him safe.

Dear Shane, I found this out while in rehab, I wish so bad I could have seen you, though I know you are watching over me and helping me.
