

He was born on June 15th 1938 in Los Angeles, California, to Anne and C.Gardner Sullivan.
After serving as a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps, he embarked on a successful career in the radio broadcasting industry. Tim's career in broadcasting spanned nearly five decades. Starting as an entry-level salesman, he rapidly climbed the ranks, holding senior management positions at major broadcasting companies such as RKO Radio and Metromedia. In 1985, he founded Anaheim Broadcasting Corporation, where he successfully owned and managed several independent radio stations across California. He also found solace and joy in horseback riding with his wife, the challenge of golf, family ski adventures and long runs through scenic trails.
Tim cherished his family deeply. A devoted husband, father, and grandfather - Tim was a man who lived with integrity and purpose. He is survived by his wife Nancy Sullivan, children Kelly and Casey, Son In-Law Steve, two grandchildren Cora and Eli, Sister In-Law Susan as well as his brother Major General Michael Sullivan.
He was preceded in death by parents Anne and C. Gardner Sullivan, sister Dree Davidson, and brother Gardner Sullivan.
A memorial service will be held at The Village Church in Rancho Santa Fe at 2pm February 28th, 2025 with a reception to follow at the Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club, to celebrate Tim’s extraordinary life. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His kind and remarkable spirit will forever be remembered.
