Kathy Hawkins

HAWKINS, Kathy Marie 60 of Huber Heights, passed away peacefully Tuesday, October 13, 2015 with her family at her side. She was preceded in death by her first husband Larry Rose in 1991 after 15 years of marriage, her second husband Glen Hawkins in 2011 after 13 years of marriage. Also preceding her in death are her mother Gladys Ann Moore, one sister Regina S. Moore. Kathy leaves to cherish her memory one daughter Lisa Rose, one son and daughter-in-law Ryan and Kacee Rose, three grandsons Jeordin, Zach and Jacob, her special granddaughter Morgyn all of Huber Heights. Also surviving are two sisters Vicki Moore of Englewood, Rhonda and Jack Foland of Gordon, niece Callee Foland, nephew Daniel and Christina Ashburn, great-nieces Vanessa and Hadley, cousin Ruth and Fred Smith and family, cousin Lana Potts, special friend Loraine Madewell, her extended family and her Beloved Church Family. She was a member of the Northridge Freewill Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School, was a 1973 graduate of Trotwood Madison High School. Kathy loved and adored her grandchildren and was a very giving and selfless loving person. There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends, Friday, October 16, 2015 at the NORTHRIDGE FREEWILL BAPTIST CHURCH, 4800 Payne Avenue, Northridge starting at 10:00 am followed by a Celebration of Kathy’s Life at 1:00 pm with Pastor Tim Hamilton presiding. Burial will follow in Royal Oak Memorial Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME ENGLEWOOD CHAPEL.
