Manuel Carlos Quintana

January 23 1989- July 28 2012

Being born a premature baby weighing one pound three ounces, fitting perfectly in his father's hand, the doctors said it would be nearly impossible for him to survive. Little did they know, God had a plan for him and he survived. Soon after, he was baptized, completed his first communion, played on the Football Team and graduated from Valley Center High School.

Looking for a better future Manuel attended UEI college and graduated as a medical assistant. He started worked at Rady"s Childrens Hospital and planned on furthering his education to become a Registered Nurse.

Manuel was always smiling, making people laugh, listening to oldies, driving and blasting corridos in his car. His hobbies were cars, cooking, drinking Coca Cola and eating hot Cheetos with lime.

He is survived by his parents Osvaldo and Mariana Quintana; his siblings: Anairis Villalobos & Osvaldo Quintana Jr. and his soon to be born twins. He will truly be missed.
