Amy Jo Mead

She began her career working for Clem, Dassel, and Co. in Poseyville, IN as a certified public accountant for over 20 years. Amy then went out on her own and continued working as a self-employed CPA. She was a member of the PTA for both West Terrace Elementary School and Perry Heights Middle School. Amy was also a member of Northside Congregational Church and the Civitan Club for 10 years.

Amy loved going to sprint car races and especially enjoyed watching her favorite driver, Kyle Cummins. She loved her family very much along with her dogs. Amy was a loving wife, mom, and "Mimi" to Layla and will be missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Tony Mead; daughter, Emily Mead (Brandon); granddaughter, Layla; brother, Steven Seibert (Cathy); nephews, Ryan Brown (Kyra) and Reed Seibert (Kendall); nieces, Shay Gould (Jordan) and Kasey Seibert; 2 great nieces; 6 great nephews; and 2 beloved dogs, Lyla and Dory.

Amy will be cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
