

Barb graduated from Central High School and retired from Central Child Care after 25 plus years. She and her husband, Ray, loved to travel. Barb cherished her time with family, including movie dates with grandchildren and family vacations. She was long-time member of Grace Baptist Church where she was involved in the children's ministry, bible study and choir. Barb was strong in her faith with a deep love for Jesus.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Mary Hancock; her husband of 54 years, Ray Wigginton; and brother, Robert Fuller.
Barb is survived by her son, Mike Wigginton (Sherri); daughters, Michelle Von Almen (Greg); Susie Minear and Donna Lovell (Mike); grandchildren, Brett Minear (Erin), Elizabeth Zimmerman (Drake), Allie Bertram (Josh), Rachel Wigginton, Jessica Canestrini (Zack) and Alisha McCormick; great-grandchildren, Charlotte and Ashton Minear, Cash Zimmerman, Weston and Jaemyn Wigginton, Jasper Whitlock and Aubrey Bertram; sisters, Martha Smith (Kenny), Sue Miller (Dick), Joyce McGuire and Mary Hancock; brother, Ronnie Hancock and nieces and nephews.
Friends and family may visit on Friday, January 3, 2025, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Alexander West Chapel and Saturday, January 4, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
A funeral service was held at Noon on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at Alexander West Chapel, 2100 W. Illinois Street, Evansville, officiated by Pastor Josh Goepfrich. Burial followed in Alexander Memorial Park.
