Curt Ryan Hammack

Curt was born December 15, 1983 in Evansville to Tina and Bill Hammack.

Curt attended Encounter Church and Crossroads Christian Church. He was also active in his church small group bible study. Curt was a graduate of North High School, attended Ball State University and graduated from University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration Degree. Curt was an avid sports fan of University of Kentucky basketball and football, University of

Evansville basketball and the Cincinnati Reds. He was a kind, soft spoken Christian man that thought of others before himself without complaint.

Curt fought a brave and difficult five year battle with cancer.

The family would like to acknowledge Oncology Hematology Associates (OHA) especially Dr. Thomas Waits for his dedication, friendship, and kind heart that he offered to Curt during this battle.

Curt was preceded in death by his mom, Tina.

He is survived by his dad, Bill of Evansville, sister, Michelle

Akoforo (Enajevwe) of Indianapolis, Jada Akoforo,

Christian Akoforo, Jeremiah Akoforo, Simone Akoforo.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday,

January 30th, 2021 at McCutchanville Community Church,

9505 Petersburg Rd. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m.- 2:00 p.m.

with Celebration service to follow.
