He was a graphic designer and website developer. He graduated from NCOE High School in Norris City and ITT Tech in Evansville.
David was preceded in death by his sister, Peggy Sampson.
He is survived by his parents, Leamuel and Elsie Sampson; sister, Debra Dunn; brother, Billy Sampson; sister, Karen Wicker; and brother, Tony Sampson.
Services will be 2:00 PM Friday, May 27, 2011 at Locust Hill Cemetery Chapel, officiated by Rev. Rick Wheeler.
Monetary Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to Alexander Funeral Home West Chapel in care of the Sampson family to help with funeral services.
