David graduated from F. J. Reitz High School.
He worked as a truck driver for Ozark. David loved history and performed pre-1820 reenactments.
David was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Carolyn “Sue” (Hall) Tison; children, Bill III, Thomas, Robert and Steven Robb; parents, W. Lowell and F. Earlene (Johnson) Tison; 13 grandchildren; sisters, Kay (Chuck) Newton and Janet (Glen) Prine; brother, Marty Tison; three nieces and four nephews.
Services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at Alexander Memorial Park, 2200 Mesker Park Drive, officiated by Rev. Rick Sellers, with burial to follow. Friends may visit Tuesday from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at Alexander West Chapel and Wednesday from 12:00 Noon until service time at the cemetery.
