Donald "Jeff" Jeffrey Henry

Donald Jeffrey "Jeff" Henry, 58, of Indianapolis, passed away April 8, 2019. He was born in Evansville, Indiana on December 7, 1960 to Donald Lamar and Kathryn Lee (Schmidt) Henry. Jeff graduated from FJ Reitz High School in Evansville. Jeff then attended Purdue University where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction & Technology.

Jeff was a project manager in the commercial construction industry for many years. He was a member of St. Mark's United Church of Christ in Evansville. He loved listening to rock & roll music, following politics and watching Purdue sports, especially basketball and football. He will be greatly missed.

Jeff is survived by his mother, Kathryn L. (Schmidt) Henry; siblings, Jan Henry and Matthew (Matt) Henry; nephew, Jordan Henry; niece, Kelsey Henry; aunts Elizabeth (Betty) Hawkins of Evansville, Indiana and Dorothy (Dottie) Suiso of Honolulu, Hawaii and many cousins. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Donald L. Henry.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2019 in Evansville, Indiana at The Chapel of Remembrance in Alexander Memorial Park. The chapel will open at 11:00 am with the memorial service beginning at 11:30 am.

In Lieu of flowers, the family prefers that you make a donation to Purdue University or a charity of your choice in Jeff’s name.
