Tom graduated from Rex Mundi in 1969 and attended Henderson Barber College. He was the owner of Rogge’s Barber Shop for 52 years. Tom was actively involved in St. John the Evangelist Church of Daylight, Mater Dei feeder league wrestling coach, member of Knights of Columbus, and a River Bend Men’s Club member.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia L. Rogge and father, Donald T. Rogge, Sr.
Tom is survived by his wife, Deborah Rogge; children, Scott, Christy, Nick Rogge; sister, Donna Tuley (Bill); brother, Michael Rogge; grandchildren, Jordan, Taylor, and Hunter Rogge; as well as, his long-time barber partner, Shelby Bourland.
He loved his clients, and most of all his family.
The family would like to thank the staff of Deaconess Midtown ICU 2900 for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in their final days.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at St. John the Evangelist Church, Daylight, IN, officiated by Father Christopher Forler, with burial to follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Family and friends may visit from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 29, 2022 at Alexander West Chapel, and on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the church. .
