Ernest Duane Taylor

Ernest worked at Whirlpool as an Operations Manager for over 35 years at the Evansville Division. He served as a board member for Epi-Hab and Twin Towers, Inc. in Evansville. Ernest was a member of Reed Lodge #316, Scottish Rite, Evansville Athletic Club and the Albright United Methodist Church for 30 years all in Evansville.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Taylor; sister, Yvonne Hazard; and brother, BJ Taylor.

Ernest is survived by his daughter, Dana Jo Meyer (Patrick); sons, Darryl Duane Taylor (Eddie) and Neal Craig Taylor; granddaughters, Rachel Lauren Benac (Joe), Malorie Jo Meyer and Lexi Jo Taylor; grandson, Craig Michael Taylor; great grandchildren, Alaina, Connor and Evan Benac and Bradley Taylor; nieces, Kendra Kay Hall and Michelle Fleishmann.

A private family service will be held, followed by entombment at Alexander Memorial Park.
