Ester Crabtree Sons & Daughters,
     The first time I met Ester and Ernest I thought, "What nice people."  I never changed my mind.  They were so interested in you, and I could tell, loved you very much.  You were so lucky to have had such loving parents!

Mrs Scheessele,  Dakota and I were very sad to hear about your mom.   We will keep your family in our prayers.   Dakota wanted me to let you know he sends his love to you and your family.  Your student Dakota Derrington

I want to thank Tim for inviting me into his family. It  was a pleasure to be around Esther. Our love of plants bonded us. I am sure Esther will be looking down on us blessing our gardens in the future years. She will be greatly missed. Marcia

Your mother and your father were the kind of parents that made teaching school worth the effort. I think I had all of you in Band or Orchestra at Caze School and your parents were always very supportive of your activities. She will of course be missed but she helped put you on the right track.

Dear Crabtree Family, All of Esthers friends from the Sugar Grove C.P. Church in Marion, Ky. sends their heartfelt sympathy to your family. We were so sorry to hear of your loss. Esther & Ernie were missed so much when they moved to Evansville. Esther was a wonderful person and worked very hard in the church, she will be missed by all who loved her.

Dear Crabtree family: Al and I were so sorry to hear of the loss of your Mother. Esther and I had a dress made of the same fabric, so we always joked about how each of us had very good taste to choose the same fabric--but different styles. Our thoughts and prayers are with you even though we can't get to the funeral.

Jeanine, Ron, Barry, and Tim I’m so sorry to hear of the loss of your Mother. She was a very good loving woman and mom. I can only recall good times when I would be at your house or our families would go camping with the scouts. Please pardon Karen and I for not seeing you all in person but we are very sick now but that does not stop us from thinking and praying for you.

I remember Esther from way back when I worked at Woolco. My health and beauty dept was right next to domestics where she worked so we talked alot. She was a wonderful person and will certainly make a fabulous angel to watch over her family and friends. Cherish the memories of good times forever.
