

She was a big advocate for special needs children, both locally and state wide, and one of the founders of the Millcreek Exceptional Children Association (MECA) in Millcreek Township, PA. She was also a long time member of Christ United Methodist Church in Erie, PA.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Webster Morse in 1988; husband, Charles Moon III in 2012, and daughter, Susan Morse in 1985.
She is survived by sons, Robert (Denise) Morse and Michael Morse; grandchildren, Bethany Morse of Tell City, IN, Michelle Woosley of Nathalie, VA, Theodore Morse of Sunnyvale, CA, Tanya Morse of Hastings, MI, Stephanie Vincent of Battle Creek, MI, Michael Morse II of Kenosha, WI, Matthew Morse of Hastings, MI and Megan Peurach of Grand Rapids, MI; 8 great-grandchildren, and niece, Marie Mizner of Billings, MO.
Funeral Services will be 5:00PM, Friday, October 21, 2016, at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Ave., officiated by Pastor Stephen Boardman. Friends may visit from 3:00PM to service time at the funeral home.
