I have wonderful, character-building memories of my days at Shamrock Stables with Gayle and all the kids she taught to ride horses. She added to the work ethic attitude my parents instilled in me by providing the opportunity to clean stalls as a way to afford the care of my horse Bert, a little cutting horse she found for me to purchase. I’ll always remember Gayle and all she gave me through my years at Shamrock Stables.

The environment created by Gayle at Shamrock Stables provided me with a great childhod experience. I will forever be grateful for all the fun and cool people I met there...as well as the lessons about life and horses.

Reading the obituary, I was glad to see Gayle have such a wonderful and loving family.

Jerry and family...Bruce and I are so sorry for your loss of this lovely woman who was always full of warmth and humor.

Gayle taught me how to ride at the age of 8. So many great childhood memories of taking lessons with my mom and sister and showing at the River City Classic. She introduced me to my passion for riding. As an adult I am still riding and showing my world champion friesians. I will always have such fond memories of her.
