Jane Ellen Whitehouse

She graduated from Bosse High School, University of Evansville with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, and Indiana State with a Master Degree. Jane was employed for many years as a home economics teacher for the EVSC at Culver and Plaza Park. She enjoyed working with friends from Bosse in arranging five year reunions.

She is preceded in death by her Mother and Father.

Jane is survived by her brother, David (Rosalie) Whitehouse of Caledonia, IL; nephew, Todd (Ann) Whitehouse of Knoxville, TN; nieces, Sara (Jeff) Sharp of Cincinnati, OH, Beth (Zak) Duschak of Sun Prairie, WI; and five great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, November 13, 2017, at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Ave., Evansville, IN, officiated by Pastor Dave Mills. Friends may visit Monday from 9:30 AM until service time at the funeral home.

Private burial will be held at Park Lawn Cemetery.
