She enjoyed gardening, was an avid reader and loved spending time with her grandchildren and family.
Janet was preceded in death by her husband; sons, David N. Griffin, Michael O. Griffin; grandsons, John Griffin and James Griffin.
She is survived by sons, John Griffin, George Griffin and Bruce Griffin; daughter, Aimee Griffin; 6 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 23 at Alexander West Chapel. Friends may visit 4-7 p.m. on Monday, April 22 and 10:00 a.m. until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home.
