He graduated from Central High School, University of Evansville, Texas A&M and Ohio State. He worked for the US Government at Wright Patterson Field in Research and Development for his entire career. Jerry served in the US Army Air Corp from 1943-1945. He was a devoted and active member of Lyon County Scholarship Fund, Lyon County Library Board and Lyon County Historical Society.
Jerry was preceded in death by siblings, Anton Pasek, Emily McManus and Helen Randolph.
He is survived by his two sisters, O’Tillia O’Connor of Miamisburg, OH and Margie Fisher of Evansville; and ten nieces and nephews.
Services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, August 15, 2012, at Alexander West Chapel, with burial in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Tuesday from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
