

Judith Ann Hancock, 76, of Evansville, passed away Thursday, October 27, 2016, at the Charlier Hospice Center at Deaconess VNA Plus. She was born January 15, 1940, in Evansville to the late Curtis and Mary L. (Barfield) Garnett.
She was very dedicated to her family and always put them first. She loved to go to all her children’s baseball and football games, never missing a single game.
Judith was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bud Garnett; and sisters, Louise Beouy and Juanita Gish.
She is survived by her son, William “Billy” (Christelle “Chris”) Hancock; daughter, Lori (David) Hancock Hill; grandchildren, Nicholas Luttrell, Kelsey Luttrell, Amanda “Mandy” Gates, and Mark Murty; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Pat (Andy) Adamian , Doris (Gary) Bush, Debbie Garnett, Linda Crawford, and Thelma Hofmann; brothers, Curt (Lois) Garnett and Jim Garnett; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Fr. Steve Lintzenich, with burial in Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit Monday from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
