Kailey was a typical 2-year-old with many challenges. She was always smiling; loved Mickey Mouse; lighted toys; special noises, and music.
She was preceded in death by her uncle, Matt Rhew.
Kailey is survived by her parents, Amanda and Dustin Pharr; brother, Kaden Pharr; grandparents, Tony Rhew, Sr., Tammie Y. and David Koch, Mary and Scott Zehner, and Keith Pharr; aunts and uncles, Tony Rhew, Jr., Nicholas Rhew, Caleb and Aysha Rhew, and Dana and Sid Dill; and many cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Avenue, Evansville, IN, officiated by Rev. Duane Allison, followed with burial in Alexander Memorial Park. Family and friends may visit on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.
