He is survived by his parents, Edward “Tad” and Molly (Salmon) Tegethoff of Louisville, KY; grandparents, John and Kimberlee Salmon of Terre Haute, IN, and Kenny Tegethoff and Ruby Tegethoff, both of Henderson, KY; great-grandparents, Jack and Audrey Dreher of Terre Haute, IN; and aunt and uncle, Sibbie and Aaron Adkins of Owensboro, KY.
Private graveside services will be held in Fairmont Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Dr. Michael Gatton, with Kenneth’s grandfathers serving as pallbearers.
