Larry W. Bosecker

Larry W. Bosecker, 80, of Evansville passed away Sunday, January 4, 2026 from complications from pulmonary hypertension. He was born August 1, 1945 in Mt. Vernon, IN to Melburn and Loretta (Hartman) Bosecker.

He was an avid hunter and fishermen. Larry enjoyed woodworking, being outdoors, loved drinking coffee and counting fish from his front porch. He especially enjoyed spending summers and school breaks with his granddaughter, dining out and watching YouTube together.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents; beloved wife, Brenda Bosecker; and brother, Terry Bosecker.

He is survived by his children, Laney Bosecker Ford and Neil Bosecker (Emily); grandchildren, Maggie Ford and Tilden Bosecker; niece, Rachel Bosecker Phillips (Ty); great nieces, Payton, and Piper; and Chris Ford and Bryan Childers.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at Alexander West Chapel, 2100 W. Illinois Street, Evansville, IN and officiated by Pastor Jeff Long.

A private burial service will follow in Immanuel UCC Cemetery in Mt. Vernon, IN.

Friends may visit from 10:00 am until service time at the funeral home on Saturday.
