Linda Sue Clark passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022 at her home. She was born on July 5, 1955 in Ft. Branch, Indiana to Bob and Betty Seib. Linda was a graduate of University of Evansville and a dedicated registered nurse for 42 years at St. Mary’s Hospital in Evansville. She was an expert gardener, an avid University of Kentucky basketball fan (against her brother’s wishes), and a proud member of River City Clowns. Linda loved her jeep, 70’s music, cruises, and most of all her pets, Gizmo and Huey.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert W. “Bob” Seib and brother, Terrance R. Seib.
Linda is survived by her husband of 14 years, Don Clark; sons, Ryan McCracken (Eric Druhan) and Evan McCracken (Gage Webster); step-daughter, Rachel Lorenz (Jason); mother, Betty Seib; five grandchildren, Michael, Maria, James, David, and Cecilia Lorenz; siblings, Larry Seib (Lisa), Leah Bucherl (Jeff), Elaine Lord (David), Gary Seib (Tricia), and David Seib (Carrie); and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
A Celebration of Life visitation will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST at Alexander East Chapel in honor of Linda. A memorial service will be conducted by the Southern Indiana Nursing Honor Guard beginning at 3:00 p.m. CST on Sunday at the funeral home which will also be livestreamed at www.facebook.com/funeralstreamusa beginning at 2:45 p.m CST.
