Mary enjoyed playing clabber and bingo. She also loved to read and watch Hallmark movies.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Steinhauer; and stepdaughter, Cheryl Snyder.
Mary is survived by her stepdaughter, Cathy Coomes (Ted); stepson, Jeffery Steinhauer; son-in-law, Charles Snyder; several step grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 27, 2025 at Alexander West Chapel, 2100 W. Illinois St, Evansville, IN officiated by Pastor Shane McGrath followed by entombment at Alexander Memorial Park. Friends and family may visit from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
