Michael J Upton

Michael J. Upton, 88, of Evansville, IN passed away Sunday, February 9, 2020 at North Park Nursing Home. He was born on January 10, 1932. He was retired from Bucyrus Erie, where he was a tool and die maker for over 20 years. He was a member of the Eagles and River Bend Association. Michael enjoyed fishing and hunting. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, James and Oma Upton; daughter, Connie Pieschel; brother, James Upton; sister, Mary Schell. He is survived by his daughters, Sharon Coomer (Matthew), Betty Wilkins, and Kathleen Rowden (Gail) Jr.; 14 grandchildren, 52 Great grandchildren; sister, Joyce Thomas; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at Alexander West Chapel with burial to follow in Alexander Memorial Park.
