Mildred M. Jenkins

She was preceded in death by her husband, Austin “Red” Jenkins; son, Billy Coomes; father of her children, Jim Coomes, and son-in-law, Mark Timmons.

Mildred is survived by children, Earl D. (Tarra) Coomes, Debra (Tony) Seale, Dorothy (Ron) Dickenson, Donna Timmons and Carol Stewart; step-children, Angela (Don) Jenkins, Nenna Hess and Melinda Jenkins; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; siblings, George (JoAnn) Henry and David (Kathy) Henry, and nieces, Karen (Dennis) Kuhlenhoelter and Dawn (Mark) Mangus.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff of Parkview Care Center.

A Funeral Service will be 10:00AM, Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Alexander West Chapel, 2100 W. Illinois Street, officiated by Pastor Sean Esterline and Pastor Tony Seale, Sr., with burial in Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit 4:00 to 8:00PM, Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at the funeral home.
