Pamela was a member of Northwest Church of Christ, where she was a very active member. A special thanks to Pilots for Christ and MD Anderson Cancer center for their care and kindness.
Pamela is survived by her husband, Juin Baize; parents, Jim and Linda Thacker; sister, Letitia Miles; nephew, Austin Miles; special, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and extended church family, both in Indiana and Texas.
A funeral service will be held 5:00 PM Thursday, September 6, 2018, at Alexander West Chapel officiated by The Evangelist Curtis Carwile. Friends may visit 2 PM Thursday September 6, 2018 until time of service.
Memorial contributions may be made to Pilots for Christ in Arkansas or a Favorite Charity.
