She worked at Atlas Van Lines for 38 years. Peggy volunteered at Good Samaritan home for 10 years. She attended St. John’s UCC on Lincoln Ave. in Evansville.
Peggy was preceded in death by her father and mother, Lora and Lorene (Sachs) Thompson.
She is survived by her caregiver, Carol Dean.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Alexander Funeral Home East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Ave. Evansville, IN 47714 with Pastor Randy Bechtel officiating. Friends and family may visit from 11:00 a.m. to service time on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Alexander Memorial Park.
