He moved to Evansville in 2006. Dick loved to play golf, grill, and spend time with family, especially his grandchildren. Dick was quite the handyman. He was a member of Christian Fellowship Church and was a 1967 graduate of Galesburg High School. Dick worked in electrical sales most of his life, most recently at Lowes and Napa Auto Parts
Dick was preceded in death by his parents, James and Norma Rosenberg; and his in-laws, Mac and Marge McClure.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years Sandy McClure; son, Chad (Eryn); daughter, Robin; grandchildren, Sophie, Tori, Riley and Elodie; one niece and eight nephews; sisters, Sandy Mast, Pam (Barry) McGee; brother, Charles Rosenberg
We cannot imagine going through this without the team from Southern Care Hospice. The care Dick received was exceptional and you will forever be our friends.
A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 14, 2022 at Alexander West Chapel officiated by Rev. Ken Olson with burial to follow in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit 3:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at Alexander West Chapel and Thursday 9:00 a.m. until service time.
