Ruth Virginia Hudson, 98, of Evansville, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2016, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital. She was born April 11, 1917, in Evansville, to the late W. Clyde and Arvilla (Smith) Hudson.
She was preceded in death by her parents and five sisters.
Ruth is survived by her sister, Winifred Klass; nieces and nephews.
Private family services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, February 18, 2016. Visitation for family will be from 12:00 PM until service time at Alexander East Chapel.
The family would like to give special thanks to the friends who helped Ruth, especially John and Caroline.
