Ruth Ann McIntosh

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin McIntosh, Sr., of 55 years.

Ruth is survived by her daughter, Terry McIntosh; son, Alvin McIntosh, Jr. (Mary); daughter, Rebecca Miller; grandchildren, Lisa McIntosh, Michael McIntosh, Hannah James (Eli), Olivia Miller; and great granddaughter, Riley Ann James.

She was an avid reader who loved reading her devotions every morning, and enjoyed gardening. Ruth worked for Qualex for over 20 years.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Pastor Trey McClain. Burial will follow in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends and family may visit from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
