I worked with Sondra at the West side Schnucks for many years. I loved working with her. She was always making me laugh and that's what made the day go much better. I'm so sorry for the families loss. 

Very sorry for your loss. I worked with Sondra at Schnucks from 1998-2004.  We had some very funny conversations and she always made me laugh.  She was a very nice lady. 

Nana, I was blessed with knowing this lady for a short 9 years. Her sassy sweet nature and that mischievous grin, I will cherish.  Her contagious laugh would fill the room, and my kids just thought she was the funniest.  Will cherish the time spent and those warm hugs, until we see you again in heaven. Love you Nana. 

Leah, Kurt, and family, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Sondra. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this very difficult time.  I hope your fondest memories help you through this time.

I’m sending you hugs because I know your pain. God will get you thru these tuff times. Your Mom was a strong lady who raised two wonderful young Ladies. Leah you have given me such nice thoughts of our meeting years and years ago at Dance. And then working for me. You and Kim are my beginning of a lifetime of teaching. Love you all. 

I have so many wonderful memories growing up with Teresa and  Leah in the old neighborhood.   Sondra was my second Mom and taught me so much about the realities of life as a young girl. My heart is so heavy from this loss. Sondra will live in my heart forever. God bless you Teresa and Leah and your families. Love you both!

My Nana was my embedded backbone. I knew she raised her two daughters on her own in a decade that was unwelcoming and unheard of in that time period, on no child support with only the support of her daughters. That alone speaks of how remarkable and a hard worker she was.
     She was strong, funny, dedicated, and had quite a bit of sass! She made played the keyboard and sang making the family laugh at any given time. She baked family meals, the birthday cakes, and carried on traditions. We had holidays at her house when I was a child, decorating sweatshirts with my cousin. She still wore some pretty fitting and suitable sweatshirts that fit her personality to her last days. 
     She taught me a certain word, after saying it so much, (which I thought was hilarious because my Nana could do no wrong on my eyes) however my Mom had to tell everyone it was "Kermit!" She taught me to speak my mind and never apologize for what wasn't true. I still live by that today. 
       As she left us, may we remember the pain she is out of, the phenomenal person she was to many, and the glory she arises, too. 
     I love you and miss you Nana. My Nana-banana.

My Mom was my rock and my stability my whole life. She was sweet, spunky and a bit smart a$$y. She was my constant and I don’t know what to do with the hole in me. I always text her at nite got to tell her goodnight and say I love you mostest and she would reply I love you more. MOM, I LOVE YOU MOSTEST AND MORE ❤️❤️❤️

I grew up across the street and spent nearly as many hours with the Croft family as my own.   Sondra was always funny and sweet.  She introduced me to pimento cheese, a staple in any Southerner’s kitchen.     

She was the cool mom in the neighborhood.  I remember her always driving a Mustang. 

The world was much brighter because of her presence in it.   Remember that the light continues even after death.   

Extra love to Sondra’s entire family as they go through this period of grief.
