January 11, 1959 ~ July 24, 2021 She was preceded in death by her mother, Kathryn (Boyd) Husk; father, Robert Boyd; stepfather, Jim Husk. Tamara is survived by her daughter, Taylor Underhill (Andy Underhill); son, DJ Burns (Darby Burns); siblings, Sherryl (Joe) Noble, Terry (Shelly) Boyd, Chic Boyd; nieces and nephews. Much love to my family including Donald Burns, father of our children and Jean Adams, my best friend. A special thank you to Deaconess Hospice and the Linda White Hospice House.
