

Timothy Joseph Brickner, 65, of Owensboro, KY, and former long time resident of Evansville, IN, passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at his home. He was born August 21, 1960 in Evansville to the late John & Helen (Merica) Brickner.
Tim was a commercial truck driver for many years with most of his time spent with Best Way Express. Away from the road, he found genuine enjoyment in going to concerts and movies, embracing the simple pleasure of shared experiences and memorable moments.
Known for making friends easily wherever he went, Tim carried himself with an approachable warmth that drew people in. He was also deeply thoughtful, someone always willing to lend a helping hand to his family and friends.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Mary Reiss.
He is survived by his Goddaughters, Misty Goad and Christy Logsdon (Justin); Godson, Glenn Goad, Jr.; best friends, Glenn Goad Sr. and Lance Morris and family.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from Noon to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Avenue, Evansville, IN 47714. Following the visitation, private entombment will be take place at Alexander Memorial Park.
