Bill served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a godly person and would always help others in need. He was a devoted dad and grandaddy. He will be greatly missed by many.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Mary (Chaney) and James Hurt; and brother, Butch Elrod.
He is survived by his daughter, Karinia Hurt (Logan Bates); and grandchildren, Khloe Elliott, Xavier Bates and Chase Bates.
