Carol Nadine Hudson

Our wonderful mother Carol Nadine Hudson passed away peacefully on August 26, 2012 surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her parents Rolland and Pauline Cochran and her loving husband Leland Duane Hudson.

Carol was born in Omaha, NE on July 5, 1941 and spent much of her childhood in Vancouver, WA. She graduated from Lake Stevens high school and Clark College and had a long career as a technical artist with companies including Fluke and GTE.

She married Duane in 1965 and the couple built a home east of Everett near Machias where they raised their three sons and lived for 36 years before moving to Marysville.

Carol loved her family and loved being a mom. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, her gentle nature and her devotion to her children. She is survived by her sons and their wives, her four siblings and her adored grandchildren Claire Elise and Lily Caroline.

Viewing (9:00am-10:30am) and funeral services (10:30am) will be held September 1st at Purdy & Walters with Cassidy, 1702 Pacific Avenue, Everett. A graveside service will follow at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park, 1615 SE Everett Mall Way, Everett.
