George Burnham

On June 6, 2015, George Rowland Burnham passed away peacefully amongst his family. George was born March 27, 1925 to Amos and Jennie Burnham in Lovell Wyoming and later married and relocated to Everett Washington. He leaves behind his wife of 57 years, Marcia, son Mark and daughter Julie. He was a proud grandpa to Staci & Heather Kuhnhenn and Jacob & Paige Burnham.

George was an incredibly friendly and positive person throughout his life up to and until the day of his passing. He had a full and fulfilling 90 years with family and good friends. After being a real estate agent for D.A Duryee for 32 years, he spent his remaining years traveling and exploring with Marcia. George loved boating, fishing, woodworking and any excuse to be social and help others. Even when sad and depressing life situations occurred, George would always be the one to look at the positive aspects and lift other’s spirits making the gloomiest of days a little brighter.

A celebration of his life will be held on June 19, 2015 at the First Presbyterian Church in Everett at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow.
