Junior Theodore Peterson

Ted was born May 31, 1927 in Lake Stevens, Washington to Hokan and Dora Peterson. Ted graduated from Lake Stevens. Following his service in the U.S. Navy, Ted worked several jobs including 10 years at Scott Paper prior becoming a Real Estate agent until his retirement. He married the love of his life, Marjorie Haaland in 1951 and spent 47 years together until her passing in 1998. They spent many good times at Long Beach, WA, RVing, and enjoying their many friends and family.

Ted leaves his three children, Karen (Kit) Stroh of Marysville, Nancy (Tom) Walsh of Lake Stevens, and Dorinda (Lance) Knuth of Stanwood; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; and special friend Berniece Secord. He was also preceded in death by his infant daughter, Linda and his siblings, Hilda (Davidson), Steven, Gordon and Wilbur.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, February 11, 2011 at 1:30 PM at Ebenezer Lutheran Church in Lake Stevens. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery, Everett.
